A. Brief Organizational Write-Up
God’s living Words Ministries was founded in Urbiztondo; Pangasinan, Luzon Island; Philippines by Rev. William D. Cortnik. Having seen the Children deprived of their right to a Education, Good Shelter, Good Food, Clothing, Health Care and other Basic Services, He decided to bring this issue to Benevolent Donors/Sponsors who will help the Children in their Education and Basic Needs. It is with pure Heart intentions that Inspired Rev. William D. Cortnik to serve and helping the needy as part of his mission as a Spiritual Servant Leader. He believed that helping the needy in their basic needs and educating them especially the innocent children is a very important role of each individual. He started helping the children in Pangasinan using his personal money. He aspires to extend to circumference of his service area and so he targeted the nearby areas like the proposed project site now which has the same problems on children being deprived and neglected.

B. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1. Brief Summary of the Project
The Beneficiaries of this project are the unwanted Children and the unwed Mothers to be and the Rape Victims in Pangasinan. The project aims to provide a charity home that will care for and support the needs of a targeted of 100 boys and girls and 30 unwed Mothers to be and the Rape Victims from Dagupan; Lingayen; in the Province of Pangasinan; Region 1; Luzon Island, Philippines. The salient of the project are:
(A) fully furnished dormitory/lodging houses for 50+ boys and 50+ girls and 30+ unwed pregnant women and rape victims.
(B) fully furnished library/study and resource learning center,
(C) fully furnished kitchen and dining rooms.
(D) fully furnished management office,.
(E) quality education and grants for 100+ children and or more.
(F) health care services for 100+ children and 30+ Pregnant women.
(G) income generating programs to sustain of the beneficiaries.
(H) an in campus spiritual learning center.
(I) outdoor recreational area.
The amount requested in this project will serve as seed money in implementing and establishing the center. Sustaining the purpose as well as sustaining it to self-reliant and self sufficient will be through the income generating projects encouraged in this project.

2. Project Backyard
Region 1 is found in the central area of Luzon and is composed of the City Of San Carlos, the city of Dagupan, city of Lingayen witch is the capital of Pangasinan. People here are in the province of Pangasinan call them called themselves Pangasinans . There are many dialects in each province but the common medium of communication is Pangasinans dialect which is spoken widely in most areas of region 1. The project site which is in the area city of Dagupan, and the city of Lingayen in the Province Pangasinan are the main center of Government, education, communication and business. The City of Urbiztondo is part of the province of Pangasinan and it is not a City at this time.
The City of Lingayen is one of the larger city in Luzon north of Manila. People from the rural areas were deceived to the nation cities life is better than the rural way of life. It is this reason why there are many children found in the streets as well as in the labor force because they are forced to work at an early age to help their parents in earning meager money to buy their everyday food. Most of the migrants coming from the rural areas are found squatters with their houses made up of junk GI sheets, cardboard cartoons and plastics which they joined together to construct their so called houses. Their children do not go to school anymore because they are in the streets at early morning and late evenings begging for coins and food from tourists and passer-by in the main streets of the city.
Children are forced to work in hard manual works instead of going to school. Most of the girls aging 4 to 15 years old sell plastic or flowers in the market while the boys do manual labor like carpentry, road construction, hauling, rip-rapping, etc. These children should have been in school learning at day time and at home during early mornings and late evenings.
Looking at these realities in the lives of these unwanted children being deprived of their right to education, good shelter, food and comfort opened the eyes of the proponent to bring solutions and alternative measures since the government cannot address this problem alone. These are the reasons why this project was conceptualized and put in to writing.

3. Project Goals/Purpose/ Objectives
Specifically, the project aims to do the following:
(A.) To construct a charity home/center for the unwanted children and unwed unwanted pregnant mothers and rape victims where they will be feed, clothed, sheltered and taken cared of.
(B.) To send these children to a quality school where they will have a quality education.
(C. ) To provide resource learning center for students (i.e. Computer center).
(D.) To provide health care services to these unwanted children and unwed/unwanted pregnant and rape victims
(E.) To provide jobs for families thru the income generating projects of the center which includes small-scale livelihood projects (i.e. Transport facilities).
(F.) To train and develop people to be self-reliant.
(G.) To serve as an eye opener to agencies and individuals to appreciate and be involved in civic works and other philanthropic initiatives.
(H.) To provide an avenue where people will be help to grow as a better person.
